On the transactions page, you can track all incoming payments through payment links, invoices, or mobile POS that have been initiated by clients.
You can also create transactions that occurred outside the MFpay system, both incoming and outgoing, on the transactions page. See the instructions below for more details 👉🏻 How to create a transaction manually
Each transactions include payment information such as status, date and time of payment, amount, and payment method details.
Transactions can have the following statuses:
new | The transaction will have the status "new" when your client has created the payment, but you have not yet confirmed its receipt. |
---|---|
paid | The transaction will have this status once you verify that the payment has been received and update the status in the MFpay dashboard. |
cancelled | If you did not receive the payment from the client, you can change the status to "cancelled" so that this transaction does not affect your account reports. |
To change the status, go to the specific transaction by three dots and change its status.
The MFpay receipt is not a fiscal document and serves only for your internal purposes.
