With the Mobile POS feature, you can transform your smartphone into a POS terminal for accepting offline payments via QR code allowing customers to pay you, and enabling you to keep track of all payments.
To start working with Mobile POS, you need to create payment methods. You can learn how to create a payment method in other support article 👉🏻 Payment methods
To conduct an offline payment, go to the side menu and press new offline payment
Enter the amount you expect to receive for the product. Optionally enter the customer's name and a comment on the payment.
Ask the customer how he wants to pay for the item. Select the required payment method and show the QR code to your client
When you receive confirmation of successful payment from the customer at the cashier, upload a picture of the customer’s receipt and press the “Customer have paid” button
You have successfully created the payment
