MFpay users roles

There are three roles within MFpay app:

• Owner is a person who creates account and has full rights to all actions within the account.
• Admin has all rights, but cannot delete the owner from the account.
• Seller, can only initiate mobile POS transactions via QR.

When selecting a role, consider the specific needs of your company's operations.

How to invite new members?

In the Settings & Members section, you can add teammates for collaborative work, set up their roles and accesses.

To add a new member, press the plus button. Enter the email, name of the member, assign a role to your member.

If you are adding a seller to the account, you also need to select which payment methods they can use for offline payments by QR code

The new member will receive an invitation in their email with a link, which they can use to create an account and join you.

How to edit members access?

In the member’s profile by clicking three dots, you can edit the role and available payment methods, or remove member from account.
